Below are 3 e-books for job seekers. 1 is for Graduates and Freshers looking for a job, 2 for  women who are looking to restart after a Career Break, and 3 is for Product Managers.

E-book 1 is for Freshers and how to find a job and write the right resume after graduation.

Excerpt:

A resume acts as a first point of contact between you and your employer therefore it is important for your resume to clearly demonstrate how capable you are.
Once you know your differentiating factors in terms of your experience, achievements, education, and/or skills, check your targeted job description and see what the recruiter is looking for. Pay attention to the job descriptions of the positions that interest you. Review categories such as "Requirements," "Experience," or "Education" to determine which abilities or experiences you should mention in your summary.
Education is one of the most important sections for a resume with no experience. Your academic background (high school and university education) displays your skills and acts as proof of your knowledge. If you are a college graduate with specialized education, mention your coursework. If you do not have any work experience or projects, place this section on top of your resume.
Extracurriculars are activities outside the scope of your course curriculum. They help with developing essential professional skills like networking, communication, etiquette, cultural competence, and much more. They include arts, athletics, student clubs, sports teams, and student government. In a resume with no experience, they show how you have developed your skills. Employers always prefer candidates with some engagement in activities.

E-book 2 is about Career Break and is written keeping in mind moms and women who wish to restart their careers after a long gap.

Excerpt:

The fact that women face challenges in re-joining workforce is undeniable. After covid-19, when layoffs became an everyday affair, corporates have started accepting career break as a norm. They are accepting candidates with career gap, more than ever.
Many corporates are launching career returner programs. These programs acknowledge that women and moms with career break are already skilled, with little training and skills they can be an asset to any organization. Some corporates running these programs include S&P Global, Accenture. Deloitte, SAP, Google, GE etc. These short-term programs give you a chance to return to work and restart your career. Just go to Google and type “Career returner programs”.
The resume form your previous jobs is outdated, it does not show your new skills, your career break, and is not speaking to the recruiters who are ready to hire women after career break.
Employers identify thinking creativity (31%), time management (29%) and patience (29%) as the most valuable skills people acquire during career breaks, the LinkedIn study found. And 49% of hiring managers think that the biggest mistake candidates make when it comes to addressing a career break during the hiring process is trying to downplay the gap rather than highlight it as an asset.
